Cricut.com MB challenge


I loved making this card,I used my DCWV Latte stack.I rarely use it I usually just look and stroke it. :) I used Gypsy font to make the border,just welded it together and the style of card I got from http://susanbluerobot.blogspot.com she has all the measurements how to make this style card and some great exsamples she has made herself.(love the safari ones)Just a few bits of doodling at its done. I think this would make a great male card or even a wedding or anniversary card.Hope you like.

A couple of cards I made




Heres a couple of cards I made yesterday.I love the images from http://karensdoodles.blogspot.com/ I love the turtle/tortoise hes so cute.I coloured the image using my copic pens,and the backing paper is of course :) DCWV Blossom and butterflies stack.I cut a couple of butterflies from the paper and put foam pads on to raise them up.I used my SU flower punch for the little daises,I glossy accented his shell and the cupa and saucers.And then I doodled till my heart was content.
The side stepper card is one of my favourite shaped cards at the moment,the backing paper was from polkadoodles Jingle jangles cd rom,heres where you can see their great designs and cd roms www.polkadoodles.com I used a magnolia stamp I acquired from a stamp swap last year I luuuuuuv Tildas I HAVE got to get some I coloured her using my copic pens again .I used SU daisy punch again and a random "happy birthday"stamp I found in my stamp box.Then doodled and doodled and highlighted.Hope you like.

Cricut.com challenge card.


Heres my attempt at the challenge on Cricut.com forum.We had to use the daisy off of WIMG page 85 and brads.I used DCWV Blossom and butterflies stack for the base,DCWV latte stack for the large daisy and Funky hands dreams come true cd rom for the pink daisys.I love doing cards with flowers on because you can use really bright colours.The little daisys are made with my SU punch with sakura gold glittered middles.Then it is all doodled and inked to death as usual. lol

More Mothers day cards




Heres acouple more Motheres day cards I made yesterday.I cut the trifoldcard using my Cricut and Gypsy using a Gypsy file I downloade from here http://217creations.blogspot.com she has some great files to share so visit this great site.I used WIMG cart for the flowers and lots of bits and bobs of paper for the matting layers.The other card I used DCWV Blossom and butterflies stack again (one of my favs),the butterfly was cut from Gypsy wanderings card and the swirls were as well.The sentiment was from Wild card cart.Have sold a few cards to friends but I think I might get a card off of every child this year instead of one between them :) HOpe you like.

Mothers Day cards







Heres a few cards I made yesterday,I love easel cards at the moment and they are so easy to make.I used DCWV Blossom and butterflies and the DCWV Sweet stacks,I used the butterfly and cupcake from Gypsy Wandreings cart and my faithful Cricut.The rose card is using K&co papers and a stamp from a kit I cant remember where from though.Lots of doodliong and highlighting to finish off.Hope you like,

Lily-boo too challenge "Mothers Day"



Heres my card I made for http://lily-bootoo.blogspot.com challenge this month.I made this Mothers day card using a image from http://lily-boosboutique.blogspot.com that I won last month at their challenge.Its from "Mum" collection,I choose it because its sometimes how I feel with my children lol.I made a wiper card which are really easy to make and coloured the image with copic pens.I used Funky hands dreams come true cd rom for the backing papers and a pretty floral punch for the bottom.I rummaged around in my stash for some pretty little flowers sequins and then doodled and highlighted it nearly to death :).Hope you like,

SMC challenge Wk 6 "Lets hear it for the boys"


Heres my sidestep card for this weeks challenge at http://sewmanychallenges.com we had to make a male themed project.I won this cute image of Tayla at the last bloghop on SMC and I think its a great male card as all the males in my house love fishing.I coloured Tayla using copic pens,I printed the image twice layered the ears,nose,hands and fish to give it a pop and then cut out the boots again and used for some interest at the front.I used My minds eye papers for the backgrounds and then just doodled and dotted for some highlights.Hope you like.

Ethans birthday cards







Heres the cards I made for Etans birthday this year,it was my first attempt at a wiper card which are really easy to make.I used DCWV Far East stack for the wiper card with a few blingy stars,The others I just coloured using copic pens and mat and layered using some blue card and paper.The fisherman is a Crafters Companion stamp from the men set.

Paiges wordbook


I made this wordbook for my daughter Paige this afternoon,she has a major crush on John out of Jedward (x factor) cant tell them apaprt myself but im not a teenager (thank god lol).I used the dreams come true cd rom from www.funkyhand.com they are so easy to make.Shes going to put all her little pictures of him in there instead of all over her wardrobe.I made Taylor (my other daughter) one with the name Edward as she likes Edward out of the Twilight saga movies,but then again so do I hes all over my blog page lol.

Another owl card


Im getting obsessed with owls!!!I dont know whats wrong with me lol.I used my minds eye paper and the owl is from Gypsy Wanderings cart...I think the tree are as well but not certain?Lots of inkng and doodling thats becoming my fav touches to my cards.Hope you like.

Polka doodle Week 8 challenge "shaped card"


I made this scalloped square card for this weeks challenge,I used the owls off of Jingle Jangle cd rom and the fiesta stripes free download from www.polkadoodles.com .I printed it onto a ice crystal paper so it has a lovely sheen to it.I used the trees from the Wild card cricut cart which I inked and dotted and the actual card shape I made using my Cricut and Gypsy using Plantin schoolbook cart just welded 2 scallop squares together.The backing paper is My minds eye paper and the just for you stamp is a stamping up one .So pop over to http://polkadoodle.blogspot.com to see what the very talented DT had created with Polkadoodles new CD rom Paper Boutique.

Get funky and craft March challenge"GIrls Girls Girls" and Sew Many Challenges blog hop and card


Heres my card for the http://getfunkyandcraft.blogspot.com challenge this month and http://sewmanychallenges.blogspot.com challenge.I used the freebie butterflie download from SMC and coloured it using copic pens.I used Dreams come true cd and the true romance paper collection as background papers on the 8x8 card.I used a flower punch to make a border up one side and punched out some little flowers to make alittle bit of dimension on the card.Then I just used a generic happy birthday stamp and found some cute little dragon fly stamps in my stash,arent they adroable.Hope you like.
